Regional Sales Executive Eastern Europe (Croatia)

As a Global Executive Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's sales growth and expanding market presence on the Eastern Europe. You will be responsible for leading strategic sales initiatives, building and nurturing relationships with key clients, and driving revenue generation across various regions worldwide.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in B2B or commodity sales, preferably with global or regional scope.

  • Strong understanding of international trade protocols, negotiation dynamics, and client onboarding.

  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills across cultures and seniority levels.

  • Fluent in English; proficiency in Croatian.

Responsabilities

  • Drive international sales growth through strategic acquisition and client engagement in European markets.

  • Identify and cultivate partnerships with key enterprise clients and distributors.

  • Lead end-to-end deal structuring, negotiation, and closing of high value contracts.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, compliance, and operations to align commercial objectives.
