At (T&T), accessibility is integral to our mission of fostering verified, ethical, and structured global trade. We are committed to ensuring that our digital platform is inclusive and usable for all individuals, regardless of ability, technology, or method of access. We believe that accessibility is not only a legal obligation — it is a responsibility. Our goal is to provide an online experience that is transparent, respectful, and navigable for everyone, including those using assistive technologies such as screen readers, keyboard navigation, voice recognition tools, and alternative input devices.

Commitment to Accessibility Standards

T&T is working to align its digital accessibility efforts with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. These internationally recognized guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with a wide range of disabilities — including visual, auditory, cognitive, and mobility challenges.

To this end, we continuously review our platform to enhance:

  • Logical page structure and semantic markup

  • Keyboard-only functionality across all interactive elements

  • Text alternatives for all informative images and UI icons

  • Color contrast and scalable text for readability

  • Clear focus indicators and skip-navigation support

  • Responsive design for all screen sizes and devices

  • Timed content or modals with appropriate warnings or pauses

We aim to make every interactive feature — from dashboards and forms to downloadable documents — operable, understandable, and perceivable to a wide range of users.

Ongoing Efforts & Testing

Accessibility is an ongoing process. We engage in regular internal audits, testing with accessibility tools such as NVDA, VoiceOver, and Axe, and implement remediation where necessary. We also work to ensure that any new features, templates, or third-party integrations do not compromise the accessibility of our platform.

We’re actively working toward enhanced accessibility features in areas such as:

  • Document uploads and downloads (e.g., accessible PDFs)

  • Dynamic content generated through user dashboards

  • Form labels, error states, and navigation cues

  • Mobile accessibility parity across iOS and Android
